The Results:

You did some great work with our succession planning for us. I appreciate the work you did with me as it helped propel a deeper dig into the structure of the company what to do with refining it for the future and finding a way to work with the debt we had. Our work together has been a blessing to be able to come to the decision we did, it eliminated any idea of selling to private equity, or having to continue fighting daily through this economic challenge most small businesses like ours are struggling through. I can see the light coming on at the end of the tunnel that we are going to be in great shape this year. As we are now in transition to the new family ownership it feels terrific to be almost retired. I am now doing things that are fun, free, and wild!“ ~ S.T - A Business Owner of a $5M+ Privately-Owned Company

Kimberle’s agility, nimbleness, flexibility, and responsiveness added much value to our conversations and allowed the dialogue to flow freely and naturally. Her interpersonal skills and level of empathy are off the chart. I believe the three-pronged approach of behavior profile, team assessment, and emotional intelligence quotient bring a deeper understanding of communication and leadership to our staff. I want to bring Ms. Seal’s expertise to our entire staff.“ ~ C.B. - The Chief Executive of the Largest Social Services Organization for Children in the U.S.

If you are looking for a business coach who will hold you accountable and tell you the things that you need to hear (as opposed to want to hear) or have not heard before, call Kim. Kim is structured and consistent. She helps me sit down and focus on long-term goals and breaking them down into the smaller steps with creating reasonable timelines. I used to be good at this, I thought. It seems the older I get, the more responsibilities I have, or the more big things that I try to accomplish, the more I shift towards being reactive and feel less control. Having Kim and a board of peers to discuss issues and goals resets me back to being proactive and empowered. It also gets me out of my echo chamber. Kim brings questions and answers that I had not previously considered on my own... the difficult ones. Every great performer has a trainer. I know that I am a work in progress and investing in myself always brings the highest rate of return. I trust Kim to wrangle me and focus my vision. I highly recommend Kim and a Peer Advisory Board for any high performer that who understands that we can always improve.“ ~ C.G. - A Business Owner of a Privately-Owned Law Practice

I have had the privilege of considering Kim Seale my mentor, coach, and friend for over two years. Kim finds personal and professional fulfillment in helping others break down their walls and realize their full potential. She challenges my assumptions – about others and about myself. I’ve left our discussions both convicted and encouraged. As a result, I have grown both personally and professionally more in the last two years than throughout the rest of my career.

She is invested in helping me succeed, and her enthusiasm plays out in big and small ways. It could be simple but thoughtful things such as sending along a certain article related to a particularly tough topic we’ve worked through, sharing ideas for development, texting words of encouragement mid-week to check in, and recommending networking opportunities to make lasting connections. These are just a few of the many little touches that communicate even when we are not sitting down focused on me, she is always thinking about ways she can pour into me. It’s also the deep and meaningful things, like sitting down and talking through highly personal, sensitive topics and digging into how they are playing out in so many ways in my life, and are ultimately holding me back. This work takes mutual trust, and Kim invests the time in building that trust.

Kim is here to help build up leaders. She is not here to simply make you feel better or to do the work for you, and working with her does not let you take the easy path forward. She doesn’t let you walk through it alone, though. If you’re looking to be lifted up, driven, inspired, and encouraged, to challenge your perceptions of your own potential, I can’t recommend Kim highly enough. “ ~ H.C. - a Not-for-Profit - Energy Industry Leader

Kim is an inspirational leader whose DNA is about making businesses and people better. She has the innate ability to quickly size up organizational challenges, identify root causes, design or improve processes, and then align the hearts and minds of others to implement those processes. She is a leader who knows how to build and leverage strategic measures to drive and sustain change. Kim is also a great coach and advisor. She is particularly adept at providing feedback. Strong Business Leader!” ~ M.B. a Not-for-Profit - Energy Industry Executive

This employee’s work was critical for the entire organization’s success, but their behavior was worse and was not worth the impact. We had 6 weeks to turn around the employee or they would be fired. Result: Through the Team Assessment and 1-on-1 coaching with both the employee and the owner (separately), the employee is still gainfully employed, the owner is very happy, and the other employees have seen a dramatic improvement in the behavior.

More results are coming soon. We want to share the most relevant points after the performance review process is rolled out. However, from one of our 1-on-1 coaching sessions, we can share this:
